As a group, HERE
supports educational
events that would
be difficult to do
as individual homeschoolers.
For 2006-2007 we
are planning the
following events:

GEOGRAPHY FAIR - October
22rd
Celebrate your favorite
country. Share your family's
knowledge of a country's
unique culture, heritage,
and food. You decide on the
country. Thanks for great event!!

SPELLING BEE - January 21
Prepare your children to
compete in the National Spelling
Bee. Compete with other children
in your age group for HERE's
best spellers. Spelling can
be fun!

EDUCATION FAIR - April 7
You've been busy "educatiing"
all year. Now it's time to
share something special with
the group. Past Fairs have
featured artwork, demonstrations,
musical talent, science projects
and more. Come and show off
a bit!

FIELD DAY - May 17th
What better way to celebrate
the end of another great
school year than to get together
and do some old fashioned
races. Kids and parents alike
join in for a day fun in
the sun (and a bit of eating
as well).

USED CURRICULUM FAIR -
May 30
Come sell your used curriculum.
Come find your books for
the next school year. Amazing
items are to be found at
the Annual Used Curriculum
Fair.
